Our policy lasts 5 business days. After this time has elapsed we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. You must notify us within 3 business days of purchase and we must receive the item within 5 days of notification before a refund can be processed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or not as described. Please note we do not offer refunds in-store or refunds on items that have been bought for resale or altered in any way.. Autographies LLC is confident that customers will be pleased and 100% satisfied with our product.
Every item we sell is 100% authentic, of the highest standard, and as described on site/sale channel. As such we take the utmost care to ensure you will receive our goods well packaged and safely shipped.
In the unlikely event that your item is received damaged we can arrange a replacement for you, please contact customerservice@autographies.com
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, the item to be its original condition and packaging, and the provided certificate of authenticity. Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned.
